Westpac Evans Expects RBA Cut Tue, QE by mid-year

Not much forecasting on RBA by Westpac's chief economist Bill Evans other than a 25bps cut in the cash rate tomorrow (March board meeting), followed by another 25bps in April. Evans has also brought forward timing of QE to mid-year from Q4 2020 forecast earlier. I expected a bit more commentary on that.
