Live broadcast of RBA Lowe's speech is first of many
By Sophia Rodrigues
Published On 26 Nov 2019 , 01:10 AMRBA will be broadcasting live "audio" of Governor Philip Lowe's speech later Tuesday. This is the first time the RBA is broadcasting live in a step towards increasing access to its speeches, so expect more such live broadcasts in future. That Lowe's speech on "Unconventional Monetary Policy: Some Lessons from Overseas" is the first such broadcast is a coincidence, and doesn't appear to have anything to do with the speech topic.
