AOFM sells 2031 bond at weighted avg yield 0.9369%

The AOFM has sold A$2.5 billion of 1.25% June 2031 government bond at a weighted average yield of 0.9369%. The coverage ratio was 3.5240, with the lowest yield at 0.9325% and the highest at 0.9375%.

There were 51 bids in total, and only 13 were successful, and among them 5 got 100% allotment.

With this issue, this bond line has now increased A$21.5 billion. The last time this bond was issued was on April 7 when the weighted average issue yield was 0.8848%.

The bond was first issued in May 2019 for A$3.0 billion at a weighted average yield .of 1.6073%.
